Every product in a category gets weighed and measured by me, put in the same units, and re-checked against my own field notes before anything publishes.

Sweep the category Every current product with a verifiable spec sheet goes into the sheet, not just the popular ones.
Normalize the numbers Weight per liter of capacity and cost per year of use, so listings stop being able to hide behind marketing photos.
Check the ratings Waterproof, load, and temperature ratings are noted where published, and flagged where they are not verified.
Re-check before it ships I go back through every weight, durability, and safety claim against my own field notes before publication.
